"Miragem" é o meu primeiro zine, feito durante o mês de setembro de 2020. As imagens acima foram escaneadas do livro "Viagem Maravilhosa".
A ideia do projeto surgiu a partir do efeito distorcido que ocorre quando se move a imagem sobre o scanner, criando semelhança com o efeito óptico das miragens e das ondas de calor no horizonte. É uma representação de memórias e sensações do isolamento social desse ano.
Esse zine é dedicado ao meu avô, Tonico, falecido no dia 23 de setembro. Início da primavera.
"Mirage" is my first zine, made during september 2020. The images above were scanned from the book "Viagem Maravilhosa".
The idea of this project came up from the distorted effect that occurs when the image is moved over the scanner, creating similarity with the optical effect of mirages and heat waves on the horizon. It's a representation of memories and feelings of the social isolation of this year.
This zine is dedicated to my grandfather, Tonico, who died on September 23rd. Beginning of spring.
